Credit terms and refund policyWhat happens to credits you have not spent, when you are
refunded, and when you are not. Open it if you have a question.
One price, one charge
You are charged once, when the thing you asked for starts being made.
Not per picture, not per minute of work, and never twice.
They keep
What you do not spend this month is there next month, for up to a
year. A quiet month is not a wasted one.
Nothing is wasted first
Free and gifted credits are always spent before anything you paid
for, and older credits before newer ones.
If you stop, your credits get thirty days
Cancel and your unspent credits stay live for another month, so
nothing has to be rushed through on the last evening.
Stopping does not delete anything
Your tree, your atlas and everything you have made stay where they
are, and you can still look at them and download them whenever you
like. Credits are only needed when something new is being made for
you.
When something goes wrong, you are not charged for it
Write to us within thirty days and we will put the credits back.
